PROJECT OVERVIEW

Providing affordable homes to South/Central Trinidad. Roystonia Housing Project is a Single Family Unit development located off the Southern Main Road, Couva, Trinidad and Tobago. 1,400 fully constructed units were handed over by Hanover Construction Company Limited (HCC) by December 2013. The development is located within close proximity to banks, hospitals, health clinics, schools, churches, supermarkets, police stations, other main access roads and highways.

Roystonia was a joint venture that was conceptualized and developed by HCC in conjunction with the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) out of a need to provide affordable public sector housing to the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago.

HCC facilitated, and executed the construction of approximately 1,500 single family and two-storey housing units including all related civil engineering and infrastructural works which include but are not limited to

– Topographic Surveying

– Land Use Planning and Subdivision

– Detailed Engineering Designs for Civil infrastructure such as Earthworks/ Roadworks, Drainage, Water Reticulation and Sewage Disposal and Underground Electrification.

There were 6 different types of Single-Family Units (flat, split-level and 2-storey) designed and fully constructed within 3 phases, (Phases, 4, 5 and 6)

This progressive construction model would go on to become the benchmark/precedent for Hanover’s other successful developments/construction ventures throughout the country and the wider region as HCC continues to provide both luxury and affordable housing options.

Hanover has undertaken and fully completed infrastructural development, civil works, earthworks, quality assurance, quality control and all other related works for this Project.  Upon completion of Roystonia in December 2013, Hanover had the pleasure of handing over (all sales accounted for) 1,400 fully constructed, Single-Family Units to the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation; and by extension 1, 400 homeowners
